Approach

Our approach consists of taking into consideration all means of transport (multimodal dimension) as well as involving all key players concerned with mobility (transversal dimension).

Thus, transport systems, urban planning, natural and living environment are the focus of our research.

Methodology

Technical knowledge is of course essential in any process aimed at improving conditions of mobility. Transitec fully possesses this knowledge but above all follows the fundamental principle of including the technical aspects within a strong methodological process.

Methodology is the key element in all our studies and enables us to understand the expectations of those concerned, to establish/determine clear and shared aims as well as to come up with appropriate recommendations.

In addition, methodology brings the necessary rigour to developing projects and facilitates an efficient and pragmatic approach in the search for concrete and realistic solutions.

Technical knowledge

The technical knowledge which we have developed, applicable to all sizes of projects, is based on extensive experience and on a constant desire to further develop our know-how.

In particular, it allows us to make efficient investigations and to analyse the results obtained in the most objective manner possible, while maintaining a discerning critical attitude.

Technical knowledge also allows us to better evaluate the feasibility of our recommendations and to predict their effects in a reliable manner.

The technical knowledge of Transitec's engineers also includes the command of high performance tools such as VS+, VISSIM, TICPARC, CAPGIR, etc.

Communication

If mobility is a citizen's right, communication is a decision makers duty.

We attach great importance to the quality of the messages conveyed whether it is through written, graphic or oral communication, addressing both the technician and the layman: "well thought-out ideas are those that are explained clearly".

A particular effort is always made in our studies concerning information, consultation and dialogue.
